Is your clothing machine washable?

Yes, all of our garments are machine washable, please see the instructions on the individual product pages or on the care label on your garment.

What size should I order?

Choose your normal dress size and then choose the cup size that is closest to the bra size you wear. For example, if your normal dress size is 12 and your cup size is H, then we would recommend size 12**. 

How will my order be packaged?

Our packaging is recyclable, and made mostly from 100% recycled materials. It's also biodegradable, reducing environmental impact. We prioritise responsible sourcing for all materials to ensure our packaging aligns with our commitment to sustainability.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to deliver within 3 to 5 days.

What should I do if I need to return an item?

Are Returns Free?

No, as a small brand, we're currently unable to cover the cost of returns. However, we offer free standard delivery to provide you with a convenient shopping experience.

How quickly can I expect my return to be processed?

We aim to process all returns within 14 working days. 

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If the product is available to pre-order, when will I be charged for the item?

When placing an order for a product that is available to pre-order you will be charged at the time you place your order. The returns window for pre-ordered items will commence from when you receive the items.
