Caring for your Lunar Bloom Robe

Quality that lasts

We chose a silk-cotton blend for its drape, texture, and softness against your skin. With a little care, your robe will stay as beautiful as the day it arrived — made to be worn, returned to, and kept for years.

Refreshing your robe

Silk-cotton is naturally breathable and antimicrobial, meaning it stays fresher for longer than synthetic fabrics. Most of the time, it needs less cleaning than you might think.

Air drying: Simply hanging your robe in a well-ventilated spot is often all it needs between wears.

Spot cleaning

For small marks, a damp cloth and a drop of mild detergent is enough. Less washing means the fibres stay intact longer — and it's better for the planet.

Machine washing

Unlike many luxury fabrics, silk-cotton can go in the washing machine — which is one of the reasons we chose it.

Gentle cycle: Wash on a cool, gentle cycle at no higher than 30°C.

Mild detergent: Use a gentle detergent to protect the natural fibres and keep the print as vivid as the day you first wore it.

Mesh bag: Place your robe in a mesh laundry bag before washing to prevent the belt and sleeves from tangling.

Drying and ironing

Air dry: Hang your robe to dry naturally. Avoid the tumble dryer — heat is the enemy of both the fabric and the fit.

Ironing: A garment steamer works best. If using an iron, keep it cool and work on the reverse side while the fabric is still slightly damp.

A note on storage

Hang your robe rather than folding it where possible. A padded hanger will preserve the shoulders and keep the fabric at its best between wears.

The Lunar Bloom was made to be lived in, not saved for best. Wear it. Wash it. Return to it.
