RETURNS & REFUNDS
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please visit our Returns Portal:

We don’t currently offer free returns, so the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage until your return is processed.

What is your returns policy?
We hope you love your order - but if you change your mind, no problem.
You have 14 days from receiving your item to let us know you’d like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and in a resalable condition
- With original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Once we’ve received your return and checked the condition, we’ll process your refund.
What if my return gets lost?
If your return is lost in transit and you do not have proof of postage, we won’t be able to issue a refund.
That’s why we strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of return.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your item when it arrives and contact us straight away at kin@kinandstar.co.uk if it's faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.
If the return is due to a fault or error on our part, we’ll cover the return postage cost.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, the quickest way is to return your original order and place a new one.
How long will my return take to process?
We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receiving them. You’ll receive an email as soon as your return has been processed.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account - this can vary depending on your bank.
